In 1984, Robey landed a record deal with CBS
Sony USA as solo artist & record the worldwide hit "One Night in
Bangkok" (written by ABBA) which instantly topped the dance charts and
leapfrogged the "Chess" Broadway version into Billboard's Hot 100.
She later signed & recorded for Chrysalis. However, Robey is best known as
the actress who played "Micki" Foster on the 1987-91
internationally-syndicated Emmy-Award winning sci-fi TV show "Friday The
